Pros: Perfect location, right in the centre. Beauiful room. Were a bit worried about possible noise from the construction site but except for the last day it was ok and very little noise, but we might just have been lucky. A kettle, coffee maker, TV (though no active suscription for Amazon or Netflix), toaster, microwave, cooker, sink, cutleries and dishes, iron, hair dryer, good toilet and shower and hot shower, a small bottle of wine (pleasant surprise) and even UK to EU conversion plugs. Very good stay.

Cons: Everything good except for three minor issues: there was no space to leave the luggae in the property after check-out, the shampoo bottle was empty, and one of the dishes was dirty (only one, the rest were very clean)

Pros: Excellent location despite the ongoing metro construction!

Cons: The eight flights of narrow stairs to get to the room. Although I do understand that was the only way possible to get to the room due to the location and type of building I cannot recall whether it was made clear at time of booking just a hectic access was. but I will say the stair area and lobby were very clean And well lit

Pros: Very nice room in an excellent location — clean, well-equipped, and with everything we needed. Check-in was very easy. The room was a bit small, there wasn’t daily cleaning service, and there’s no place to leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out. However, the staff are very helpful — they can suggest nearby places where you can store your luggage, and they’re also great at providing information for day trips to the Douro Valley. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Very comfortable and memorable ❤️

Pros: The apartment was beautiful 😍 like a little safe haven. The location of the apartment was perfect, especially for a female solo traveller. It's located on a lively street, so you are not walking up dark alleys by yourself. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. There was a coffee machine with coffee pods, teabags, complimentary port wine and beautiful soap on arrival. There was also a water filter. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. All the kitchen utensils looked new. There was even a new small bottle of olive oil supplied. The bed was really comfortable, the AC and shower worked great, bathroom lovely and clean, spacious wardrobe space and the windows were double glazed, so no noise from the street outside. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Pros: Stunningly decorated little self catering apartment in the heart of the city close to all the sights. Spotlessly clean and equipped with all you need as well as some thoughtful extras like snacks and small bottle of Port. Staff were super friendly and well organised, no issues with self check in

Pros: Pretty room in a great neighborhood. It was a lovely touch to be given little nibbles.

Cons: There is no staff in the premises, but they require too much communication from the guests on WhatsApp.
