Pros: Good instructions for self-checkin and checkout, good communication with the hosts via WhatsApp chat

Exquisite views and central location

Pros: Location and accessibility. The facilities great. Excellent WiFi connectivity

Cons: In need of key maintenance, Easily repaired. Door handles on to balcony from kitchen broken. Blinds damaged and not fully usable. Mould around the patio door frame in room. Rope art piece in threads.

Comfortable stay with a great view

Pros: The location is fantastic, on one of the main arteries in downtown Porto, leading right down to the Ribeira. It is about a 7-10 minute walk up to São Bento, where the nearest subway station is, so be prepared to walk (this is trickier with large luggage). The apartment is cosy, overall clean, with a wide variety of electrical appliances (including a washing machine!). It was great to wake up to a view of the Palácio da Bolsa, Mercado Ferreira Borges/Hard Club and the garden between. Aside from the traffic, it is a pretty quiet area.

Cons: Though the apartment was generally clean, one of the blankets in the closet was just bundled up haphazardly which left me wondering if it had been washed at all. Also, the microwave had some rusting inside - could use a replacement.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location

Pros: Lovely apartment in a perfect location for exploring Porto. Very clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay.

Pros: Location and the view were great, very central and close to the water! Nice flat, very light 💡

Cons: The company office and flats are located on the different addresses. If you search the name of these apartments on google, it is the office address, not the location. The bed was narrow There was almost all the time the noise in the Appartement , we guess from the water warmer in the kitchen. It is okay to stay for 2 nights. The room was not cleaned.

Perfect location

Pros: The apartment was the perfect size for a couple and in an amazing location! Check in was simple and the staff member who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming.

Cons: It got very warm and stuffy at night. Although the two fans helped, it wasn’t the most pleasant sleep (but it was also peak summer heat) and windows couldn’t stay open due to bugs and mosquitos getting in. Some basic items in the kitchen would’ve been helpful too, such as cooking oil, salt, etc. but very minor issues, otherwise great!

Pros: Great Location. Clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

I think the price was too much for the conditions I was in

Pros: Proximity to the event I attended. As for the accommodation, everything was fine.

Cons: At the moment when I needed to pick up the keys to the apartment, I had to walk a good part of the way up the hill to get to the agency, loaded with luggage. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. The elevator did not work and I sat there for 7 days. I immediately informed the agency about the problem on the first day, but nothing was done about it. The apartment faces the street and during the day it is not possible to leave the window open due to pollution (the street is very busy).

Pros: Muito bom ótima localização super confortável e organizado , com certeza voltarei

Pros: Tudo . Serviço óptimo desde o momento do checkin até ao momento de sair do alojamento. Inclusive por motivos de consulta médica tive de prolongar o checkout por mais 1 hora e foram super atenciosos e permitiram ficar mais 1 hora ( sem qualquer custo )
