Great location to explore Porto
Pros: The apartment is in a great location, communication is excellent. Apartment clean.
Cons: The double bedroom is way too small and felt claustrophobic. The lounge area needs more comfortable seating, it had one soft chair and a mixture of other seating.

Great apartment in a brilliant area.
Pros: The apartment was modern, light and airy. The aircon was much appreciated as it was very warm during our stay. Everything was very clean, and we were grateful for the dishwasher and washer/dryer. The main room was a good size, and the bed comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and well appointed. The building itself is beautiful and in a great area. There are lots of wonderful restaurants and bakeries right on your doorstep, and the views are spectacular.
Cons: I was aware of the fact that there was no lift as it is an older building, but it is quite a climb. Although the apartment is wonderful, I would not recommend it to older people, or those who may battle with a lot of stairs.

Pros: The apartment was clean, very functional and it was central.
Cons: It took a while to get used to the fact that the only window and balcony in the apartment were looking into apartments a couple of metres away.

Pros: really pretty appartment, perfectly located with pretty view on old town and river, well equipped, it was our fourth visit in Porto, all our accomodations were nice, and this one as well, only be sure that you are fit, it is on fourth floor without lift, but don't worry, there are appartments on lower floors too, most likely without a view to river, but similarly nice, as was ours

Compact. Cosy. Cute. Convenient.
Pros: I cannot rate this property, location or the owners highly enough. The apartment was exactly as pictured, clean, light, and safe with everything you could need. Washing machine, dish washer, coffee machine, coat hangers, tide pods, dishwasher pods and liquid, pegs, tea towels, heater, fan, drying rack, they’d thought of everything to make it as comfortable as possible for quite a compact space. Property was well soundproofed from outside noise with doors closed, and noise from above neighbours was minimal, but to be expected. Communication from owners was via whatsapp and was very helpful and professional, and apartment was less than a 5 minute walk to everything you could need. Apartment isn’t huge, but it’s exactly as described, and the addition of the living room chairs meant we could have a coffee together and catch up without going out if desired. Beds were comfy, shower was hot, and lots of nice lamps for mood lighting. All round very comfortable stay, thank you.
Cons: Nothing that wasn’t pre warned and expected, but it is worth noting the ceiling in the loft is quite low, I’m 5”2 and had to crouch to be up there, but would be perfect for younger kids or just to sleep if you’re not using it to get dressed or hang out in. Also worth noting the stairs, which the listing did, but we didn’t have any trouble with them so if you’re aware it’s fine!

Apartamentos da Capela
Pros: The central location was perfect for walking around Porto. Very clean. All equipment and kitchen accessories in great condition.
Cons: Would have preferred to know about the very low ceiling height in the bedroom upstairs (less than 5 feet). There was a lot of noise from the very odd ventilation set-up for the entire building.
