Great views of Porto

Pros: Fantastic views across city and Douro river. Central but quiet location close to cathedral, Luís I bridge, train station and riverside. Comfortable bed and excellent shower. Good kitchen facilities including tea and coffee pods.

Cons: Not a dislike but a couple of suggestions to improve: independently controlled bedside lights would be helpful. Also remove cupboard by window and replace with small table and 2 chairs as there is nowhere to sit and eat if you want to (despite having good self-catering kitchen). Two flights of stairs would be a challenge for less able visitors.

Stunning views from everywhere in bright, modern, airy apartmen in medieval street near cathedral

Pros: The view is totally stunning and you can see the view from anywhere in the apartment. The apartment is compact but not tiny and has an airy feel, I didn't feel cramped (the table/desk can fold against the wall). I love the location on top of the hill near the cathedral and would definitely stay again. Key pick up was easy with a key lock box at the door to the building. The street is a tiny medieval street with no cars or shops so is very quiet. No air conditioning but it was fine as I closed the shutters when out for the day and opened the windows for a breeze when home, I used the fan once. The shower is large with great water pressure.

Pros: Location was excellent. Room was very clean and attractive. Interaction with the owners was through whatapps with the keys left in the outside locker, which was very convenient when our late flight was delayed into the night.

Cons: Very little. You can hear footsteps from upstairs, but that is to be expected in a traditional townhouse. This is well worth the slight noise given the character of the property and the neighbourhood. Plus the quiet hours from 22.00 meant the noise was well kept to a minimum.

Brilliant. Easy to get to all the main atttactions

Pros: Lication was brilliant. Lovely and quiet and the view from the room was spectacular

Cons: Would have liked a plug for washing up basin and more dish washing liquid. Maybe a holder in the shower for soap etc

Perfect getaway

Pros: Views were absolutely incredible. Flat was clean and comfortable. Building was secure, quiet and safe. Little extras when we arrived were a bonus - tea, coffee, shower gel, etc. Fan was provided for the hotter days.

Lovely 3 night stay

Pros: Excellent views and location. Team made it easy to check in with instructions via WhatsApp. We had a very late night so on check out day, the office offered to store our luggage. This was very appreciated.

Cons: The single fan in the room struggled in the 30 degree heat. A second fan would make it more comfortable. The room was smaller than expected but the views and location were amazing

A little stunner

Pros: The view from this apartment is absolutely stunning and the location is brilliant. It's small but perfectly formed, very comfortable with everything we needed and spotlessly clean.

Cons: Nothing.

Cons: Maybe some more coffee and cleaning products for longer stays would be best.
