Lovely apartment in the heart of the city center - Convenience meets Comfort

Pros: We loved our stay at Estrela de Gaia — the location couldn’t be better, with most attractions just a short walk away. The apartment was easy to access, and communication with our host Catherine was excellent. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the staff were responsive and customer-focused throughout our stay. The elevator was a real plus, especially for families with children or lots of luggage. We would gladly return anytime.

Cons: The road in front is narrow and busy, this makes parking and unloading very difficult if you arrive by car. The pathways are narrow, too. Hence the arrival and departure was the only thing which was a bit uncomfortable.

Pros: Nice appartement, fully equiped. Comfortable bed. Close to the bank river.

Pros: We had a lovely stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean and the host gave us great recommendations for our short stay!

A wonderful view from a lovely airy apartment

Pros: We loved the spaciousness and the stunning view from the balcony.

Cons: A few very minor things….. we didn’t cook in the apartment but a number of the mugs were chipped. Also we appreciate more personal recommendations (eg. Why a restaurant is good). We benefited from being moved from the terrace apartment we booked to the upper one with the balcony and great views but this wasn’t communicated. All very small and minor issues-over all it was great!

Great starting point in Porto

Pros: A very nice apartment in the middle of Vila Nova de Gaia. Great location to all the port wine cellars and to explore Porto city. Communication was flawless. Everything was available.
