Pros: Super apartment - everything nice and new. And the small pool and roof top terrasse was very nice. Breakfast delicious, and a Thai massage & SPA opened, so we had some massage. The staff was kind and very helpfull. Very quiet and relaxhing place, near the Douro river and the center of Porto.

Cons: Nothing to complain about

Pros: Great location, on the quieter side of town but a short walk to the river, the Luis bridge and very close to the (nice but sterile) World of Wine. Also close to the Mercado Beira-Rio for convenient food/drink options. Room was clean and very comfortable and a good size for the 2 of us, and we appreciated the fridge and basic kitchen crockery, cutlery etc. I am coeliac and once I had informed staff at breakfast they made sure that gluten free toasted bread was provided for me for that day and the following so I was able to enjoy that along with yoghurt, eggs, fruit, juice and coffee. The rooftop is lovely for a bit of lazing around with an amazing view.

Cons: We were really happy with our stay. There was no gluten free beer available at the rooftop, but it's a small bar so that's understandable and it's easily sourced from any of the small supermarkets we found on the other side of the river (the small supermarket on the same road was only open once during our stay so it's worth stocking up elsewhere on any snacks etc) As other reviews state the small, fish-tank style pool is open limited hours and needs a little bit of a refresh and update. It's what we expected but stay elsewhere if you're looking for a big swimming pool. If you have a drink over at the World of Wine you will also see how very very very visible you are in the pool!! No big deal for us but some people may find it a bit off-putting.

Pros: Apartment (1Br) was very spacious and clean. Location was excellent in the center of Vila Nova Gaia with great restaurants/bar just outside your doorstep. Good value for money!

Lovely aparthotel in the Gaia (wine cellar) district of Porto!

Pros: Lovely views from the top floor of Porto and the river Douro. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the kitchenette had all the basics, including coffee capsules and a kettle.

Cons: The rooftop swimming pool was more like an outdoor tub, it was that small. It was not warm enough to swim, but it would have been more of outdoor bathing if it were.

Pros: Personal was excellent. Also the location is great.

Cons: You are in city center therefore is noisy area

Practically perfect in every way (street noise aside)!

Pros: Amazing breakfast, super location including the best views across to WOW, the river and so much more, lovely swimming pool (one of the only rooftop pools in Porto), nice bar, immaculate room, modern feel, the very best staff (particularly Jose and Bridget), and flexible on check in, with also a locked room to store luggage etc. Would 100% stay again!

Cons: The pool could have done with some TLC tile wise on the floor but I was told that it was due to be shut for maintenance from September for about a month to do this anyway. Having to use the door shutters at night to keep the street noise out, but the air con made up for this!

Lovely aprtment ideal for what we wanted it for.

Pros: Apratment was very clean and with high end spec equipment. Breakfast was nice on the top floor with nice views. Beds were comfortable. Very close to tha aprtment up the hill is the area where a lot of people go to witness the sunset which can be very nice overlooking tghe river.

Cons: Although it advertises a pool it is only open from 11am to 7pm which makes it too late if you want a swim in the morning or closes too early if you come back to the apartment after a day out. It is a 25-30 min walk to the tourist part of Porto over the bridge which was fine for us.
