Great stay in Gaia

Pros: Lovely clean apartment in a great location with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool was a great bonus to dip our feet in after a hot day exploring and we really appreciated the later checkout offered for our late afternoon flight. It was our second stay at this apartment and hopefully won't be the last :-)

Cons: Everything was great

Pros: We stayed at this apartment last week and I had mistaken the booking dates. After finding out, that my booking was wrong and I needed an extra day, Daniela and Tiago were very helpful. Although they had other clients, they managed to let us stay an extra day and accommodate the other guests at the same time. Really appreciated the attention and help.

Fantastic

Pros: Our fantastic host meet us on arrival ( we arrived late after travel delays) she gave us so much useful information. We were close enough to the action but the short walk ensured it was quiet. Porto was fantastic, I would love to return and would stay in the Oporto Wine Lofts again

Highly recommended

Pros: This is a very nice apartment for a couple. Downstairs, you will find a living room with a nice kitchen annex. Upstairs is a bedroom with a shower bathroom. The apartment is very close to Ribiera, 5 min walk down the street. Lidle is 10 min walk up the street. There is a communal swimming pool that ca be used on warmer days. The place is heated or cooled with the A/C. The place is nicely decorated and have everything that you need over your stay. The communication with the host is very simple.

I would do it again.

Pros: Very good host - who also gave good advice. Ideal location for my purposes (near The Yeatman, World of Wine etc).

Cons: Nothing I didn't like.

Great location and host

Pros: Great location for walking around Vila Nova de Gaia and Porto Many restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Good parkade for parking nearby. Host was very friendly and offered many suggestions for the area and for the Douro Valley. Nice little pool.

Cons: Difficult to drive to

Fab spot, great location, good value

Pros: Booked this for my parents, they loved it. Great praise from Daniela who met them and gave them some tips on places to go/see etc. Had everything they needed - one point to note, they're in their late 60s and the stairs was a little steep 'but nothing they couldn't manage'. Been raving about it, thanks again Daniela and the team!

Cons: Not sure if it was the accommodation or booking.coms end, but the free airport transfer that was supposed to be organised didn't turn up so they had to pay for a taxi from airport into the city. No complaints otherwise.

Sad we didnt manage to use the Pool . Its cold and no time .

Pros: We met the Daniela . She allows us to stay Early as we arrived by 10 a.m . Check in Early .

Cons: We dont have knife . I used steak knife to cut vege. The second Floor is quite noisy . No sound proof . You can hear simple movement!
