Good stay

Pros: The hosts were lovely. Even if we couldn't understand Portuguese much, they helped. We got an early check in. Overall a good stay.

Cons: Nothing as such.

Pros: Newly renovated, very clean, well decorated room. Availability of a well-set up kitchen with table downstairs is handy. We had some difficulty with remote check-in but staff available by phone fixed it quickly.

Cons: Nothing to do with Naya, but would recommend avoiding cafe directly opposite. The food is mediocre, and owner is rude and offensive.

Pros: Perfect location close to a bit of everything... clean tidy friendly member of the cleaning team when we got there friendly and very helpful. HIGHLY RECOMENDED. Easy access to the property and very Safe..

Cons: Nothing to point every was perfect for us and we will definatly come back.

Pros: Comfortable apartment, room was nice and clean. There was also well equipped kitchen avaliable for all guests, where everyone could make a tea and breakfast. Check in and check out was automatic - without any problems. 20-30 min walk to the center of Porto.

Cons: We had no window in the room, but we had some sunlight from the window in the bathroom. No air conditioning, but luckily there was a fan.

Lugar acogedor!

Pros: Era una habitación pequeña y suficiente para quedarte a dormir. Estaba todo muy limpio. Los vecinos y la señora de la limpieza, muy amables y amigables. La ubicación estaba bastante bien. Era fácil acceder a todos los lugares turísticos con el transporte público. Caminando, dependiendo del lugar escogido, tardábamos, aproximadamente entre 20 minutos a 1 hora.

Cons: En la habitación ya pequeñita, permanencia una cama más, doblada, pero ocupaba ya el pasillo.

When I come back to Porto I will be booking at Nays again. I feel very comfortable there

Pros: The look. The feel. And the wonderful lady who cleans. I would adopt her in a heartbeat. What a kind soul
