Pros: This is a converted old house and my room was on the top floor (three flights up from street level) with lovely views of the neighborhood and big, big windows, which I loved. Comfortable bed and charming old furniture. It's an old house converted into a guest house property with three rooms, so there are some odd conversion compromises, such as the detached private bathroom didn't have air circulation so towels never dried and it was musty. The slopey, bumpy floors are obviously part of it being an old house! It was very convenient to have access to the shared kitchen, which is also on the top floor. Very convenient to bus routes and 10 min walk to two metro stations. 20 min walk down to the river. I found the host very responsive to texts when I had questions.
Cons: If you need a lift/elevator to get your baggage up...choose another property! In the kitchen there was a shared fridge, hot plate, kettle, coffee maker, sandwich maker and microwave but the oven didn't work, which I found out after I bought ingredients for oven meals. If I were to tweak a few tiny design features to make it a bit better for guests, I would remove one of the three tables in the dining room so there is actually space to sit in a chair at a table, I would have the stairwell lights (motion-activated) turn on sooner so the stairwell is better lit, and in the room 3 bathroom I would install a shelf for toiletries (I kept mine on the floor :-( ), remove the useless door between the shower and toilet areas and put in an extractor or ventilation fan (admittedly, not an easy change). But--I really appreciated all the thoughtful design choices and colours in the house and enjoyed my stay.

Komme gerne wieder.
Pros: Die Lage war prima, da Busse und Metro ganz in der Nähe waren. Es gab eine große Auswahl an Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäften in der Umgebung. Der Zugang zur Wohnung war unkompliziert. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis fand ich sehr gut.
Cons: Es war recht laut durch die Straße direkt vor der Haustür aber mit Ohrstöpseln habe ich dann gut geschlafen.

Pros: Tudo o que precisava, confortável e de fácil acesso. Perto do metro, mas também uma agradável caminhada até ao centro. A Luísa teve disponível via telefone e foi fácil fazer o self check-in. Bom preço pelo valor. Voltaria, obrigada

Muy agradable y PETfriendly.
Pros: La ubicación, la comodidad e independencia de la entrada a la habitación. Y, además, me permitió tener a mi perrita. Le habían puesto platitos para su comida y ya tenía agua servida.
Cons: Habría sido ideal que hubiese, al menos, un microondas o hervidor de agua. Si no en el cuarto, por lo menos en la entrada, como área común.

Pros: Das war ein cozy Appartement. Wir haben nur später erst wahrgenommen, dass das Wohnzimmer und die Küche gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden. Bei uns war es aber nur ein Morgen. Den Rest hatten wir für uns allein.Na gut, das Bett war etwas eng für zwei,aber das Zimmer toll. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt.Preis/Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar❤️👍
Cons: Bei dem Preis gibt es nichts zu meckern. Es ist doch klar , dass du hier keinen 5- Sterne-Luxus erwarten kannst. Alles Top . Wir haben selbst den Straßenlärm genossen. Mitten im Leben. Danke an Luisa🥰Lovely,cozy Appartement
