Authentic Porto experience in well located area

Pros: Central location that is walkable to many places but also away from the hustle and bustle so quiet for restful time. Private accommodation more like your own apartment and authentic than a commercial hotel. Had small fridge, kettle and microwave; handy if want to make a light meal

Cons: Windows in my room didn't open

A charming and comfortable stay, with some unusual features

Pros: The guesthouse, was quite unique and eclectic. It had some unusual features including some shared outside space and a shower in the room. The bed was very good and wifi was excellent. The location was quiet and quite close to the main sightseeing areas. There were several breakfast places nearby.

Cons: The coming and going of other guest was quite loud, but unavoidable in such an old building.

Pros: Interesting historic apartment and building. Not too far from city centre.

Cons: We hadn't realised from the listing that this is an apartment, not a hotel, with no staff on site. Probably our fault but meant that we hadn't appreciated we needed to give an accurate time to meet staff for check in, and needed to rearrange.

The Garden is a wonderful treat, and a good area for Porto exploration

Pros: This is an apartment with a beautiful, private city garden just out the door. The garden was just lovely, and one of the bedrooms was quite spacious. The offsite manager was easily reachable by whats app and responded quickly when contacted. She was very helpful with information about Porto, places to eat etc. And, the location was really excellent. Just down the road from all the main areas and very easy to walk.

Pros: The apartment was a comfortable size. It was great to have a fridge and kettle. The shower was a good size..The location was good, near a mall with nice eating places and shopping. We walked to all the major sites. It's in a quiet neighbourhood. Access was good and it was very secure. Paulo was a very good gost. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: There was nothing to really dislike about the apartment. The only slight grumble was that the wifi dropped out a bit for one of us sometimes when the two of us were using it.

A comfortable stay in a lovely city.

Pros: The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and a continental style breakfast was delivered each morning.

Cons: The room looked into an area that was below ground level.

Pros: Beautiful place. Quiet, comfortable, excellent location. Also, there's a music school opposite, choir practice was brilliant.

Cons: The front door mechanism was a bit sticky, had some trouble with it on the last night.

Pros: the host was very helpful and cordial-he made breakfast himself and it was great(English full breakfast), and he drove us to the airport. there is a nice restaurant 5 minutes walk away.

Pros: Great room in old building in old part of town. Wodden old furniture and high cielings, nice view to the old mudic school accross the street, autentic, not turistical part of town but still close. Great host, wery helpfull with reccomendations

Cons: Sink in the toilet did not swallow properly so we mostly used one in kitchen.
