Pros: Lovely clean new room, comfortable bed, roomy clean bathroom. Close to Trindade train station, some nice restaurants and grocery shops. Slightly tricky to find, needs a sign on door or better numbers.

Cons: Minor issues - no battery in aircon remote. No washing machine but there are machines ready to be installed. No table/chair to sit and eat, kitchen utensils minimal. Steep road to climb to get here and steep steps (if on second floor) - ok if reasonably fit.
