Great value for money hotel.

Pros: Staff were excellent, hotel is spotless, breakfast was good. Great value for money if you are prepared to walk (a lot !) to see the sights. Pizzas are great.

Cons: Location, for us the location is too far out of the city, in a less commercial part of Porto which is quite run down, don’t expect a view. Would not recommend for the infirm.

Pros: The hotel was excellent, with modern facilities and very comfortable rooms. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the overall experience was pleasant throughout the stay.

Cons: The location was not very central and required some travel to reach the main attractions. It felt a bit removed from the city center, especially when returning in the evening.

Excellent value, beautiful hotel, lovely staff, highly recommend.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent…lots of choice and very high quality. Location was great…only a few minutes walk to the city centre. The staff were so friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms are very modern and beautifully decorated. Hotel was warm and spotless. Excellent value for money .

Good value and comfortable stay

Pros: Decent location as taxis were affordable to get around. Comfortable bedroom, and good facilities. Constant warm water from the shower. Air con/heating worked well. Clean and cosy for a few nights. Quiet room with no noise from outside. Good value for money.

Cons: Upon checking out, staff tried to charge me for my stay (again), without checking first and I had to show my bank account transaction to confirm I’d paid upon arrival.

Very comfortable, modern hotel.

Pros: The hotel was excellent for a short city break. The room that I had booked was a suite and which was very comfortable with a lounge area, coffee machine and TV. The bed was a good size and comfortable (if you like a slightly firm mattress). I also spotted on the last evening that there was a usb-c socket on the base of the bedside lamps which was handy for charging our phones after a busy day sight-seeing. The breakfast was a buffet style with a large selection from cooked to continental including the usual Portuguese sweet treats. My wife is a coeliac and asked for bread at breakfast which they provided in the form of a large roll in a sealed packet which had been freshly cooked (bake from frozen style). The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in Porto.

Pros: Nice modern hotel with delicious breakfasts. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, everything is very clean, delicious pizza in the restaurant, not far from the center. Highly recommended.
