Overall a great stay and a good base when in Porto. If/when I return to Porto I would definitely stay in this hotel

Pros: Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The receptionist gave me an umbrella for the days it was raining and let me keep my room until I left at no extra cost as they didn’t have anybody booked into my room that day and I had a late flight. These things really make a difference. Breakfast was a decent start to the day - enough of a selection to pick at and tasty. I really liked my room: great size, very clean and had a balcony/terrace too with good views. Bit of an aside, but the large brutalist water tower type structure opposite the hotel is cool - looks great with the sun rising behind it and really pops when partially lit up at night too.

Cons: Could hear a bit of early morning noise from neighbouring room so walls/whatever may be a little thin but not enough to be a big issue.

Pros: Great breakfast. Room was very clean and comfortable. Close enough to the main shopping street.

Cons: A small bit of the walk to the hotel was a little bit hilly.

Pros: The location was a little remote but got round it by using nearby metro.

Cons: The only downside was I could clearly hear the conversation of the occupants in the room adjacent to my bathroom.

Fab - could have stayed longer, what a great city.

Pros: Great hotel, Great staff, great location to get into the city centre, great parking at the hotel. (The car lift is a bit scary)Good breakfast very comfortable room with extra facilities. Dog friendly, with gifts for the dog. Loved it, and would definitely recommend. Thank-you.

It was a good stay.

Pros: The the was clean and Wifi signal was good. Also, there was a bath tub in my room which was really great for people relax after a walking day in Porto.

Cons: The day I checked in, the elevator was under maintenance. Therefore, I had to carry my 20 kg luggage from the lobby to my room (second floor). Good news was the elevator resumed in the late evening.
