Cozy, just needing some repairs

Pros: It was really confort and clean, also silent and near to the city center.

Cons: There were several leaking points in the ceiling. It was a rainy week and I had some issues coming back to the room and finding the bathroom completely wet, as well as a point in the room near to the bed.

Pros: We have never seen such a spotless place — we were very pleasantly surprised and didn’t expect such a high level of cleanliness and comfort! Everything in the apartment was tastefully arranged, and there were even more household items than we anticipated. The driver who was arranged for us at the airport was very polite. He told us many interesting things about Porto that we hadn’t seen in any guidebook. He was neat, well-mannered, and pleasantly courteous — something we also didn’t expect. When we were leaving, I accidentally slammed the door shut with my phone still inside. Since I had to head to the airport, the company kindly offered to send it to me — and they did so almost the next day. Even the cleaning team called me after seeing a message on my phone screen and spoke to me in English. I am truly grateful for your help, the outstanding cleanliness, and the comfort you provided. Wishing you great and thoughtful guests in the future!

Pros: The room was very nice, walkable to the city centre.

Cons: The location was quite noisy, especially in the night with open window (as it was too hot too keep it closed since there is no AC)

Great for the money and clean and cosy.

Pros: Location was next to a park which was very nice. The room was big and very comfortable. Loved the tea and the coffee left in the room. We hade few very comfortable pillows as well. Overall it was as expected and great for the price.

Cons: The only thing we didn't like about our room was that the door of the toilet it didn't close completely like it was not fitting. And it was very noisy from outside. Also in the kitchen the oven and stove didn't work.

Very nice room in an old building

Pros: Location, close to Metro and Sao bento station (4stops), nice room size, close to shopping, the electronic door locks.

Cons: The stairs at the entrance. The toilet wasn't as efficient as it should be.

Pros: I like how it's designed, it's pretty and the place itself is in a good area, you can use the kitchen

Cons: it's very very cold even with the radiator on, the windows are really old and wind gets through very easily, so it's damp and cold. There was no room service in those 12 days that I stayed and I had to use 1 towel for 12 days... and no other towel for my feet... so I felt disgusting..

Pros: The location is great and very accessible via public transport. There is a pretty park nearby and depending on which room you get, it's pretty quiet too.

Pros: Lo justo y necesario no hacía falta nada más,baño privado y ducha privada dentro de la habitaccion la cocina si era compartida. todo muy bien volvería a repetir

Cons: Por poner alguna pega , el agua de la ducha salía marrón el primer día luego se fue aclarando supongo que sería por las tremendas lluvias o por las tuberías. Por lo demás todo super bien!

Pros: Desde el hostel se contactaron conmigo para realizar el Check-in. Siempre estuvieron atentos a cualquier solicitud. La habitación era muy cómoda y el servicio de limpieza perfecto. Sin duda una buena opción para hospedar en Oporto.

Cons: No tengo ninguna sugerencia. Todo Ok!
