Perfect short break

Pros: Lovely hotel in a central location. We were given a free upgrade to a suite overlooking the monument which was spacious, this could have been because we had a 3 night stay. We had bathrobes and slippers and a separate lounge area. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and served in the lovely restaurant which also opens for evening meals. It is a 10 minute walk to Sao Bento station or just 5 minutes to the metro. Behind the hotel there are 2 parallel roads full of restaurants and a small supermarket. It was a perfect stay.

Great location, great hotel!

Pros: Super clean, modern, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room.

Cons: Some of the hot breakfast items were cold, however lots of choice so all good!

I would come back again

Pros: The staff at the reception did everything to make my stay enjoyable. They were very flexible with checkin and checkout times. The hotel is centrally located and close to public transportation.

We would definitely recommend our hotel to friends and family

Pros: The hotel is excellently located making it easy to visit the major attractions. It is very close to Trinidade metro so it is really easy to get to the airport. The staff were friendly. We had a lovely large room overlooking the square. The bed was comfy and it had an excellent shower

Other than disappointing breakfasts, this was a clean, comfortable hotel in a fantastic location.

Pros: Great location, our suite was very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Cons: Breakfasts weren’t great. Food and drinks not restocked often enough therefore choices sometimes limited, never enough cutlery or glasses. Gluten free bread was awful- disintegrated when spread with anything so didn’t have it again. Struggled to get seated on our last morning as none of the tables had been cleared/cleaned, it was a bit of a mess to be honest.
