Pros: The staff were amazingly friendly, helpful & competent. They recommended excellent local restaurants and even made bookings for these and taxis for us too. They spoke excellent English and German too. The small spa has everything you need to relax - Sauna, jacuzzi jets, and a high pressure \

Cons: It was a perfect stay.

Charming but modern hotel

Pros: Didn't use facilities but room is very quiet and modern. No noise from adjacent rooms at all. Hotel was fully booked that night since my friend got his room cancelled due to card issues!! Lots of power points. Close to shopping street and cafes and restaurants. Supermarket just across road. Staff helpful and responsive.

Cons: Shower, as some has said, gets very hot and difficult to adjust!! I couldn't figure out the heating, and would have liked room a bit warmer but it was blowing cold air even at 22C. Gave up and just switched off. Pillows are too soft for me but that's personal preference.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay here during our time in Porto. The location is absolutely amazing — everything is close by, which made exploring the city so easy and convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We asked for restaurant recommendations nearby, and they suggested some fantastic, non-touristy places. We ended up having some of the best meals of our trip thanks to their recommendations, which we genuinely appreciated. The rooms were great — clean, neat, very comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, the whole place has a really lovely setup and a welcoming feel. We also tried the breakfast buffet and really enjoyed it. All in all, a great experience, and we’d happily stay here again

Cons: One small thing to note (not a deal breaker at all) is that the food, especially room service, was a little on the expensive side. That said, the staff were more than happy to help when we ordered takeout and even provided cutlery and everything we needed to eat comfortably in our room, which we really appreciated.

Pros: Amazing location. Rooms very extremely comfortable and staff were super helpful. Spa facilities were clean and a definite bonus. They even allowed us to check in a couple hours early to the room

Pros: The staff were really helpful, I arrived much earlier and they made an excellent gesture to allow me to check in early, as I was so tired too from my connection flight. The place is really good , very clean , they speak good English and the breakfast is also good .

Cons: It was good for the price , so nothing.

Great Hotel in Porto!

Pros: - very nice staff, even spoke German with us - spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable room with balcony - spa and massage was great! - even got a little surprise for my Birthday, which i has during my stay :-) - good location within the city
