Excellent. Would stay here again.

Pros: Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice. I also had several meals in the restaurant. The food was excellent as too was the service. The cathedral was a 10 min walk from the hotel and the hop on hop off buses were just around the corner. It was a 15 min walk to the metro direct to the airport. I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel.

Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Pros: Great Location. Excellent friendly staff. Very clean rooms.

Cons: The floor in our room had rips in the flooring. The dining areas were cramped for the number of guests.

Perfect stay

Pros: We had a perfect stay and it even surpassed our expectations. We were moved to a room with views free of charge, which was a very pleasant surprise, and the hotel even gave us a welcome note with 2 gifts. I’ve been to many hotels all over the world and this is definitely not common in Europe, so I was very grateful. Everything else, from the reception staff (extremely friendly), to the room, breakfast, location, amenities…. was absolutely perfect.

Cons: Nothing, it was a 10/10 stay

Family-friendly hotel with excellent breakfast spread

Pros: Breakfast was superb with plenty choices and delicious pastries. Staff was thoughtful to leave a note and two pastel de nata on first day. The welcome drink comprises choices of white or red port wine was well received. Hotel was located at Praca da Batalha, where a traditional Christmas market was held

Cons: Hotel could have installed more hooks or cloth hangers in the room eg. behind bathroom door, on the wall right after the entrance, etc.

Pros: The location was central to everything including the venicular tram to the port where it all happens. The staff were the most friendly and accommodating people, especially the reception and breakfast staff . Shout out to Diego for helping with our luggage. A very lively, atmospheric, historically beautiful city.

Cons: Absolutely nothing.
