Nice but the room fell short of expectations.

Pros: Location was away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Good facilities including indoor and outdoor pools and a bar/restaurant. In all honesty we will probably use this when we stay in Porto

Cons: Room was big but under used, as in there was lots of space but no drawers etc, for your clothes. You used a key for the door but a card for the electric which the maid took on the first day and had to go to reception for another. There were a few issues with the room, lights not working, shower leaked and toilet paper dispenser jammed, and although the staff were informed, nothing was done to correct the faults during our stay. Check your room when you arrive.

Super lovely and convenient for Porto

Pros: The location was great for Porto access, rooms were very comfortable and it’s great for friend and family groups staying together and quite accessible as well. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Service at reception was very friendly and professional. The spa had one unheated outdoor pool and very warm indoor pool. Both were lovely! Breakfast was very tasty too.

Cons: I would recommend avoiding the restaurant onsite, it’s a different provider to the hotel and there are tastier options elsewhere.

Nice hotel within walking distance of public transport

Pros: Great location, walking distance to the tram. Very nice staff and good breakfast. Free shuttle to town center.

Cons: Small bedroom.

Fantastic time well worth the money

Pros: Staff friendliness was exceptional, great breakfast. Clean and tidy. Loved the transfer into Porto in the wee train.

Cons: Hard to have any negatives with this property.

Unreal

Pros: The staff were fantastic, so polite and helpful. The rooms were kept very clean and housekeeping was on point every day. Food, bloody fantastic and the spa facilities were top notch!

Pros: Interesting style of the rooms, nice pool, good breakfast

Cons: Couldn't find anyone in the SPA, so couldn't book the services. The room was under the stairs, pretty bad sound isolation.

Pros: Pool was nice, breakfast, room and bed was good size. Free train into town was good. Nice walk to sunset hill.

Cons: Pricey bar. Noisey room above if on downstairs floor.

Pros: I have been there just one night but the staff was helpful despite a very last minute reservation.

Comfort

Pros: Clean and comfortable bed. Very kind staff. Good food and drinks. Walking distance old Centre.

Cons: Very dark inside the aisles. The room have very small windows and that’s a personal opinion, but I don’t like that.
