Great location for exploring Porto. Small and basic with comfy beds.
Pros: The property is the perfect location to explore central Porto just a few mins walk away. There isn't a balcony but just by opening up the windows, there is a fantastic view of the river. The beds and linen are super comfy. We slept so well here. The accommodation is small and basic, but if you just need a place to sleep while exploring Porto it is a great value option. There is a paid carpark across the road which was handy. It was 40euro for 48hours of parking. We were arriving late and the host had no issue meeting us at 11pm at night to give us the keys.

Pros: A very good location in the centre and with a river view. Beautiful old-style building typical for Porto.
Cons: There is a insignificant small bar nearby but with a huge speaker facing the street - playing very loud music with basses that resonate throughtout the building - all afternoon and evening till 10 pm, sometimes even longer. Really annoying and degrades the value of the place and the street as well.

Great location with river view
Pros: River view and location. We found free parking close to the place.
Cons: Shower was a bit small. We had to take our luggage upstairs, but we knew that when we booked the apartment.

Pros: The owner was always very helpful, arranged for pickup and gave a lot of very good recommendations. The location of the apartment was excellent, everything was reachable by foot, close to the river. Wonderful soft towels and bed sheets.
Cons: There are some stairs to the apartment. This doesn't bother us, but if somebody is not that good at walking, it could be too hard to reach.

On est venu pour Porto et pas pour rester dans l appartement donc c'était parfait
Pros: L emplacement face au douro...proche centre historique et restaurant Literie correcte linge propre.. Parking payant très proche....ou dans rue le soir
Cons: Manque un peu d équipement exemple cafetière électrique peut-être mieux....apparemment un peu vieillissant..

Pros: L'appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter la ville. De nombreux restaurants aux alentours, le tram et le pont Luiz I à proximité. Miguel était très réactif par message et nous a donné de bonnes recommandations sur quoi faire à Porto ainsi que ses meilleures adresses pour découvrir les plats locaux. Les chambres sont confortables.
Cons: Le lavabo de la salle de bain est peu pratique car très petit. La pièce de vie se compose uniquement d'une kitchenette et d'une table et de chaises. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé car nous passions notre temps dehors mais cela est à prendre en compte pour des personnes qui souhaiteraient passer plus de temps en intérieur.

Cons: Wenn man die Fenster aufmacht ist es immer zu laut: Müllabfuhr, Möwen, Menschen… mit geschlossenen Fenstern im Sommer zu schlafen ist aber unmöglich

Perfecto para descasar y hacer turismo por la buena ubicación.
Pros: Apartamento muy céntrico para ir andando a todos los sitios de interés. Tal como muestran las fotos, dos habitaciones con baño y cocina, apartamento muy pequeño pero muy bien aprovechado y más que suficiente para descansar ya que por el día estuvimos haciendo turismo. Las camas cómodas. Tuvimos suerte de aparcar cerquita. Justo debajo hay panadería y restaurante y muy cerca supermercado.
Cons: Todo ok. la pega que no pudimos disfrutar como nos habría gustado por el mal tiempo pero eso claro es ajeno al apartamento.

Overall good value for the money. Right on the river with beautiful views.
Pros: Great location. Small, but does the job. Nothing super fancy, but good price.
Cons: The apartment could've been cleaner. The kitchen table had visible sawdust shavings or dust of some sort on top. The bathroom also had visible black dirt around the shower that could've easily been cleaned. They also informed us there was only paid parking nearby - either on the street with a meter or in a nearby outdoor parking unit. This wasn't true. Right in front of the apartment (in front of and around Porta Oito restaurant) there is all free parking (aside from the spaces clearly marked for residents). I'm not sure if they are either unaware of this or just chose not to disclose it. When we arrived, we parked in that parking area and saw no indication for payment. I went into the restaurant to verify and they said it was completely free.
