LovelyStay - Heart of D. Pedro Apartments IV

Pros: Location above the Trindade metro station, near everything. The apartment like in the photos, clean, everything provided.

Great,modern, super-clean room spoiled by a disastrous communication and horrible check in process!

Pros: An ultra modern room, very clean, equipped with the latest electronic equipment, including the blinds raised electronically, nothing is missing from it, an exceptional position, close to the center and with shops right on the ground floor of the block,even if the check in process ruined my vacation.

Cons: 1.The room is much small compared whith the pictures showed. 2.The check in process ruined our vacation. One despicable and very nasty thing is that there is a resort fee which WAS NOT included in the initial amount required in the booking process,and I got a message, some time after I booked the location,that we have to pay this fee with the card or we can't stay ! Only by card! What If i do not have a card in vacation?? IS AN UGLY TRICK! It annoys me to pay by card ONLINE after I have booked because after completing all the operations,i want to relax! 3.The Second very bad thing is that I was asked to fill out an online form, which I was not told about when I made the booking, because I could do it from then, not from my vacation!!! I received the notification in Booking messenger and sometimes I don't receive notifications on phone! What if I do not speak english ? They did not sent an email or a text message, seeing that i do NOT complete the form!!! I called by chance to ask if there is someone at the reception to check in.There is no one at the reception and I didn't receive any code because for the door, because I didn't fill out that form and I didn't pay the resort tax! We where ready to sleep on the street! Very tired in the night,i made IT to pay the fee, but that cumbersome form doesn't even work well ,their platform do not work well, I couldn't validate after i spent an hour in the cold night writing! I made a nervous breakdown!How would You feel? Tired and exhausted at 9 P.M and with the room full payed to sleep outside? After I made a fuss and yelled, unfortunatelly i regognise,at the person who answered the phone, from the acomodation departament, she sent me the information and the entry code in WhatsApp .But she did not send me the floor number,and the apartament nummber,and did not explain to me how to get to it correctly! We lost a lot of time and some neighbors hardly helped us finally!

Pros: Clean, nice room, very good location, close to the metro station but also to the city center and attractions. Very good communication with the host, clear instructions, easy access. Excellent experience.

Cons: The window view is not the prettiest but honestly this wasn't that important as most of the time we were away.

Pros: There is enough daylight which makes the apartment feel more spacious. The bed is really good.

Cons: The boiler in the kitchen is noisy and the window screens don't block all the light in the morning.

Pros: Uitstekende ligging, geen last van de drukte op straat

Udany wypad do Porto

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja. Obok jest dworzec metra i do centrum miasta spacerem tylko kilka minut. Wygodne mieszkanie, idealne dla pary :) 50 metrów obok sklep spożywczy. Na wejściu do apartamentu czekało na nas wino i lokalne ciastka. To bardzo miłe :)

Cons: Wentylator w łazience działa bardzo długo i trzeba zamykać drzwi, żeby go nie słychać.

Apartamento perfecto

Pros: Es un apartamento muy bonito y céntrico. Tienes prácticamente todo a su alrededor. Muy recomendado si vienes a portugal

Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!

Pros: Ev sıcaklığında bir daire. Konum harika. Metro tam karşıda.

Cons: Beğenmediğim bir özelliği yok.
