Pros: Amazing property. Excellent location, easy check-in, great communication from friendly, polite and professional staff. Apartment was spacious, well-equipped, felt secure and there was plenty of hot water available. Laundry facilities provided. Fantastic amount of storage. Can honestly say I've never stayed anywhere with so many cupboards! Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and well-presented in a light, relaxing space. Would happily stay again.

Superb family stay in the heart of Porto

Pros: Superb location. Could walk everywhere. We secured a 72 hour parking ticket at Silo autopark for €50 which was fantastic value and very close to the apartment. Loved the little bakery downstairs for a sweet treat between outings. Apartment was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a real treat. Staff at breakfast and in the lounge were wonderful, offering suggestions and a friendly smile. Exceptional value. Highly recommend.

Cons: Beds could have been a little more comfortable but an extra pillow provided by the team made a big difference.

Fabulous location, close to everything and a lovely spacious apartment

Pros: We had already been to reception and left our bags, and had information about the area, we were told we could just enter our room once it was ready and received a message, they had even put our bags in our room for us.
