Excellent apartment!
Pros: I absolutely loved the apartment I stayed in! Moisés was incredibly helpful and attentive. The place was spotless, really well organized, and had everything I needed. I also had to stay a bit later on my check-out day to finish some work, and he was super accommodating, so I could wrap up everything calmly. The location is perfect—close to the metro, restaurants, a supermarket, and a bakery. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again!

Super accommodation, location and really clean; such good value. 10/10.
Pros: 10/10 - a real find; would recommend to anyone. Our host met us with his son as he didn't speak English. Both were lovely and really helpful. We had taken a taxi to the wrong place initially and so were an hour late, but they were very kind about it; no problems at all. The apartment was right in the heart of the Porto which we needed to be for tourist activities. The apartment was so comfortable, clean and well equipped. Such great value too. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and our hosts gave us lots of helpful suggestions on places where locals eat.
Cons: Nothing. Initially we were concerned about the area - next to the train station, but it was totally fine. Very safe and friendly.

Our host was fantastic and although we were very late in arriving, through plane delays, we were met at the apartment. T
Pros: Location was about 10 mins walk from the historic area, but still very central. The apartment was spacious, the bed and shower were excellent.
Cons: It can be tricky to find! Luckily we had a taxi driver who spoke to the host to guide us to the correct address.

If I return to Porto , this is the place I will like to rent again.
Pros: Location was great, the apartment was in good condition , if you are looking for an apartment hotel , this is the place you were you need to be. It will meet all your expectations.
Cons: The lock on the door entering the apartment, would need to be improved or changed, when entering the apartment you have pull on the door and make sure the key is at the right place or otherwise you will have to start over.

Pros: Very clean apartment, well located and with everything we needed. We traveled as a couple with a toddler. The owner welcomed us, helped carry our stuff to the apartment and had a fruit basket for us, which was nice. He also answered our questions quickly when asked via message.
Cons: We read that in comments before, so it wasn't unexpected. The living room is facing a busy street, so it was a bit noisy to sleep in the couch sofa. The noise in the room was ok because of the door isolation.

Great apartment in a fantastic location
Pros: Apartment is exactly as per photos, very clean and well equipped. The bedroom is very comfortable and was able to get a nice size cot and chair for our toddler. Location is fantastic, across from Trindade metro, so easy access to and from the airport. Minutes walk to lots of great areas.
Cons: As per other reviews, it's worth noting that the front area is quite noisy as it's on a very busy street. However, the bedroom is not noisy and sleeping there was absolutely fine. It's a trade-off of such a central location, so I wasn't too bothered by it.

Pros: The hosts who met us were extremely cordial and friendly. They showed us around the apartment and explained how everything worked: the washing machine and clothes drying facility, the darkening shades, the privacy shades, access to the hidden kitchen, light switch functioning, etc. The couch and bed were extremely comfortable, the same high quality as we have at home. The apartment was extremely bright and light, attractive and welcoming, with convenient thoughtful design. The kitchen was very well-equiped with a variety of specialized appliances. The ambience is extremely attractive, with a spacious and simple feel of luxury, with wooden paneled walls, two enormous windows, a full-wall mirror, and very attractive area carpetting that did not slip and slide. There was plenty of hot water. The apartment is centrally, conveniently located near a major metro station and a convenient taxi stand. We could not have asked for more,
Cons: We loved it all.
