Just what we needed! And acomodates very nicely the whole family ❤️

Pros: It was very clean, pretty and comfortable, it had everything we needed, we asked for a crib and it was of good size, comfortable and clean with a little pillow and soft sheets. it was also very nice to be able to wash our clothes after some days traveling. And super well located!

Cons: Maybe a bit of noise from the big street outside but it wasn’t a problem for sleeping anyways.

Excellent apartments.

Pros: Excellent apartments with everything you need for living and relaxation! Very close to Trindade Metro/underground station and walking distance to most historical places. Parking place is available at Trindade car park( just few minutes). 30 m Aushan shop.

Cons: It would be better to install curtains or blinds on the windows. And ... not related to the apartment itself, but need to be mentioned: noisy up to midnight.

Nice and pleasant experience

Pros: Agent waited for us, showed us the place, gave some useful hints (parking, food, places to go,...). The flat is on 8th floor, good elevator, pretty new building, very nice furniture, all facilities brand new and in a good shape. Excellent location. Good garage nearby, close to bus terminal. Few shops, bakery and cake shop in the same building.

Cons: The flat is not convenient for bigger group of elder people since there is only one bathroom and it is on the upper level (the apartment is duplex). For younger groups it is beautiful. Living room is rather small.

Overall great stay and matched what we needed it for. Would recommend and stay again.

Pros: Very easy to collect keys and apartment in very good central location. Beautiful place to stay.

Cons: Would’ve been nice to have a second key or a lock box outside apartment given it was for 6 people so could go back and leave not all at once.

Pros: I checked-in an hour before the normal check-in time. Very thankful.

Cons: The shower head was broken. One mirror was broken in one of the 2 bedrooms. Minor works to make the apparemment more perfect ;-)

Malgré tout nous avons passé un très bon séjour plein de visites

Pros: L’appartement est très chaleureux, bien placé par rapport aux centre ville, aux commerces et aux transports en communs.

Cons: Situé le long d’une avenue passante, l’environnement est très bruyant. Beaucoup de bruits de sirènes, de traffic et de manifestations (notamment d’étudiants) au pied de l’immeuble
