Rosalma Hostel

Pros: Location was fantastic, the sleeping facilitys were also extremely comfterable

It was a great stay but there are some things to improve

Pros: The hosts were super kind and helpful. It was a real pleasure to stay in this hostel. Hostel looked like a little art gallery which was great! Thanks to the curtains from both sides you have a lot of privacy. Location was amazing! Big garden, kitchen and living rooms to spent time.

Cons: All gender barhrooms and toilets- it was really uncomfortable. It could be divided especially that there are barhrooms and toilets on two floors. Unfortunately I saw how lady is cleaning bathroom or more not cleaning. Just using wet wipe to wash sinks. Without any detergent or spray to desinfect :(

Pros: I love Rosalma, all of the receptionists were super duper friendly, and they could speak English fluently! Thanks to Paul, who helped and demonstrated to me how to use the access card to open the front door. Thank you very much! The bedroom, toilet & bathroom are fabulously clean! Definitely recommended and will be back if I go to Porto again!!

Great central hostel

Pros: Elida was amazing at check in. So kind and helpful. The room and bathrooms were clean. They were constantly cleaning the hostel and a deep clean of the middle shower room happened whilst I was there. Excellent location.

Pros: Everything, beautiful interior decor, spacious rooms, bathroom & toilet facilities were modern, kitchen well equipped and the overall cleanliness of the hostel in my opinion was second to none. Rosalma staff deserve a beautiful round of applause for the attention to detail crowned my stay.

Cons: 10/10

It is the best hostels I've ever stayed in Europe!

Pros: 1. The staff are so friendly and helpful. 2. The showering facilities are fabulous!! Large amount of water and very easy to adjust the temperature! Especially good for girls with long hair, as it has two showering thing, one high above and one lower. The lower one is excellent for people who only wants to shower the body! 3. The bed is amazing! Very good blackout of the light, very spacious room, and large beds! I think the beds are obviously much larger compared with other hostel. 4. Very clean. I left late so I saw how the cleaning team do the cleaning, they even sprayed and cleaned the small corner of the beds and banisters! 5. Excellent location. Right in the city centre with several nice cafes just downstairs, and very close to the Chapel of Soul.

Cons: There is nothing I dislike. It is the best hostels I've ever stayed in Europe!

Pros: The guy at the reception, Paulo I reckon, he has been just amazing! The sensation has been like being at a five star hotel!!! CHAPEAU!!!

Very nice place would use again

Pros: Nice aesthetics, friendly staff, good social areas, kitchen was well equipped, comfortable and private beds, close to metro and a short walk from historic centre etc

Cons: nothing :)

Pros: The personal was very friendly and pretty helpful. We'd been quickly introduced to other guests and we'd received a free meal.
