Great facilities and location

Pros: Great position very clean well designed. Awesome showers. Perfect position to pick up metro to airport or flix buses etc to Lisbon. Several nearby cafes and awesome Indian restaurant.

Pros: Excellent location if you need to be by the main station. Very clean and quiet (although note that there are currently roadworks nearby - didn't bother me as I was always out early).

Cons: The front door was sometimes difficult to close - very minor issue. Took a while to work out the heating - an instruction manual would help.

Pros: This was my second stay. I was super tired from my trip and asked if I could check in earlier. The host was very kind and allowed me to check in as early as I liked. Loved the Christmas decorations! 🎄🎅

Ultra-convenience at the 11th hour.

Pros: We booked this place very late ~11pm as our flight had been cancelled and we had to drastically change our travel plans. This involved catching an early train to Lisbon the next morning, and this hotel is a very short walk to Campanha train station. Staff were attentive and very good at communicating to allow for our late check-in. While not a fancy hotel, on a value for money basis this place was excellent. Cosy, quiet, very clean, and had all we needed.

Cons: The street that it is on is being re-sealed, I presume, so it’s basically a dirt track.

I highly recommend this to all tourists! I'll definitely stay here again if I come to Porto again!

Pros: Good Location，It's only a two-minute walk from the subway, which is very convenient. The room no very big but it is brand new, clean, tidy, and beautiful. I want to thank the hotel staff; on our last day, my son suddenly fell ill, and the staff provided us with exceptional assistance, allowing us to return to Canada smoothly today. I sincerely recommend this hotel. The help they provided in this unfamiliar city warmed the hearts of us foreigners. Thank you!
