I liked it!
Pros: I liked it. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning could be turned on for heating, so it was warm. There was a small fridge and an electric kettle. Everything was clean. The staff was friendly.

Very nice stay
Pros: I've been travelling a lot this year and this was by far the cleanest room I've stayed in. It was absolutely SPOTLESS! The bed was very comfortable, the room was quite big for a single room, towels were big and very absorbing, a lot of international channels on TV. Coffee, tea, toiletries provided. Didn't need to use the A/C but there is one if you're travelling in warmer weather. Well located, kust a 10 min walk to the centre, plenty of lovely cafes, bars, restaurants around. If your flight is later than check-out you can leave your luggage at the hotel which is very handy.
Cons: The fact that I needed to ring the bell to get access to the hotel, at any time of the day/night. I felt uncomfortable bothering the owners every time 😞 Not a problem for me, but it's worth mentioning that there is no lift and the stairs can be a bit steep. I got a bit unlucky that there are works happening on the building and scaffolding, and I got woken up by the builders once.

Good hotel - everything needed
Pros: The big size of the room, cleanliness, free water:) 20 min on foot to the city center, but there’re cafes and stylish shops around the area.
Cons: No personal key to the main entrance - need to ring the bell which makes you a bit uncomfortable to distract the staff. Not a noisy room, but sometimes could hear the neighbors or water running from the next room.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lusitania Hotel and will definitely return there.
Pros: The location is great, there’s a metro station within 10-15 minutes walk which will take you into the city with ease. 30 minutes walk will get you the historical centre. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, well decorated and with all amenities the guest would require. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. There’s an excellent bar/restaurant - Cafe Celia - about 100 yards from the hotel where you can get fed from 7am-11pm. We went for brunch and late night drinks.
Cons: Nothing really - be aware though there isn’t a lift and only one plug for both the kettle and fridge.

Wonderful Porto stay with friends
Pros: The cleanliness- the room and bathroom were spotless!! The owner was very helpful and attentive. Would fully recommend staying here. We didn’t have breakfast but easy to find a coffee shop, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Also near to bus stops near Hospital San Antonio and the palacio de cristallo. All in all a wonderful stay.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to answer questions etc We only had breakfast on one day and it was OK The room and bathroom were good and comfortable.
Cons: At first it seemed a long way from public transport hubs. The metro was a considerable walk away and on arrival we were unsure about the buses However after a day we became more accustomed to the bus system which improved our experience
