Pleasant stay in Porto

Pros: It was a great stay. I really Really felt welcome and I liked the room and facilities. Central but not too busy. Room was an excellent size for a few days stay.

Pros: The hotel was nice and homely. The staff were friendly and offered a 24 hour reception and luggage storage. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning.

Cons: The garden area could have been better maintained for use. The shower wasn't great. There were not many facilities in the hotel.

Vintage feel, quite good location, clean and pleasant hotel

Pros: It is an oldschool hotel with vintage vibes, and we liked it. Rooms are clean and maids tidy them every day. There were vintage wooden furniture that made the place feel authentic, but on the other hand, there were also worn-out stuff like chipped mirror, broken window blinds, etc. If youre looking for new and modern, this is not the correct place. Breakfast was modest, but really enough (bread, ham, cheese, yougurt, fruits, cereals). The only thing I didn't like that we didn't have enough toilet paper, maids never put a full roll ☹️

Pros: The location is super, around 10 minutes walking distance will reach the Porto old city mall. The room is also very spacious and clean, the staff very polite and friendly.

Cons: The toilet is just a bit small and the kettle didn't automatically cut off the power when water boil.

I would stay here again. Large room with great outlook from the window.

Pros: Lovely small hotel with character. One of the joys of staying in hotels while on holiday is to feel you are part of the local area. No cookie cutter hotel for me.

Cons: I was about to start the camino and the location was excellent.

Great place to stay in Porto.

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The building and furniture had character. It was quite roomy for Porto.

Cons: I was OK but some might find the entrance stairs a problem.

Charming and good value hotel

Pros: Beautiful old-style hotel in a quiet location. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful and offered maps and answered my questions. This was a nice peaceful location and I got a good night's sleep. It is not too far from the city centre too

Pros: For the kitchen: kettle, cups, some teabags. Fridge works. There was everything needed in the bathroom - and enough for a 4-day stay. Nice branded towels. There were some blankets in case it got cold.

Cons: It's not an issue for me but still: the lightning in the fridge didn't work, it looked like there were some mold in the kettle.

Pros: Very quiet, peaceful hotel with lots of charm. Spacious rooms, very clean. Hotel is close to modern center of Porto. Need transport for older persons to go to historical center. Breakfast was plentiful with good choices. Parking near by at 400m at end of street that was safe and convenient as well as good value at 15€ for 24 hours.

Cons: Real orange juice for breakfast would be better.
