Great experience

Pros: The room matched the expectations. Very large and comfortable with all we needed. We were presented with two welcome drinks and pastel de nata at our room. The breakfast was also great with many options available.

Cons: Paid parking lot and the air freshener in the corridors was very intense.

Pleasant stay in Porto

Pros: I loved the decor, room was comfortable and clean and loved the rooftop pool.

Cons: Location - bit far out and almost in middle of nowhere. Staff - most were rude with a few exceptions (one being the lovely man on the door). Rooftop pool staff took FOREVER to bring drinks over and when I paid in cash they repeatedly didn’t bring my change which resulted in me having to ask for it. I was also overcharged - the hotel did eventually rectify it but it took a lot of emails back and forth.

Excellent hotel with charming and helpful staff, good facilities in rooms and very clean throughout. We arrived late due

Pros: Friendly staff, cleanliness very good throughout and excellent facilities

Cons: Convoluted walk between hotel block and reception (2 lifts), but it wouldn’t prevent us visiting again

Beautiful hotel not too far from Porto center.

Pros: Proximity to metro station Lapa, good bathroom, heated swimming pool, well insulated rooms, good beds and pillows. Friendly and helpful personnel.

Cons: Cleaning was sometimes too superficial: table or bathroom floor not optimally cleaned on two out of eleven days of our stay. Prices of drinks at swimming pool are too high (5 euro for a coffee or soft drink).

A fabulous place to stay.

Pros: The property was exceptionally well located next to the Cathedral , restaurants and the parking station. It was very clean and the owner was most welcoming. Highly recommended.

Pros: Did not have breakfast . I think E30 a bit expensive for breakfast . But dinner was superb. In fact Outstanding .

Luxury

Pros: High class, very clean and a cheap (£3-£4) uber ride away from everything - even the other side of Porto. Pool is gorgeous and so is the on-site restaurant (the octopus is amazing).
