Best comfortable hotel in porto

Pros: Really like this property because of its location,it is 5-10 minutes to go everywhere in porto. Room was so nice and comfortable,also i like bathroom there was good space for everything and good shower. Cleaning of the room was perfect everything was clean and new which gave us comfortable stay in this hotel. I want to say everyone who planing trip to Porto to stay at this hotel

Gem in the city

Pros: It’s well oriented and rooms are very comfortable A gem in the city near enough to many sights and to stations Atmosphere Always smell fresh and scent is subtle

Pros: Extremely perfect hotel. Amazing experience! The connected room is very large and comfortable with balcony to see the internal garden. The price is acceptable the same as our other stays in Spain and Portugal with triple room. The breakfast is also very tasty and it offers hot chocolate milk. I like it so much. It’s in the center of Porto convenient to everything restaurant, train, etc.

Cons: Nothing very great.

Elegant and quiet hotel in the city centre with great staff and tasty breakfasts.

Pros: Elegant hotel in the city centre, yet with entrance via a small, quiet street with spacious rooms and (if lucky enough) a cute terrace on the ground floor. The staff was helpful and welcoming, and the breakfasts were tasty but limited in options. The location couldn't be better, with two metro line stations within a 5-minute walk of the hotel.

Cons: The only tiny thing was an unpleasant sewer smell in the bathroom, yet it wasn't that disturbing in the sleeping area.

Pros: Breakfast was great, plenty of choice, staff on hand, fresh food and slightly different everyday.

Pros: We stayed for just one night, but we would happily come back again. We travel with our dog, and the hotel team was truly thoughtful and attentive about it. First, they gave us a lovely welcome kit for our dog — bowls, a toy, waste bags, and treats — which was such a nice touch. Second, when we left our dog in the room, the staff took our request seriously and were ready to contact us immediately if anything was needed. The breakfast was excellent — a great selection and everything you could want. Overall, the staff were very friendly and caring. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the room itself was very cozy. We’d love to return!

Pros: Friendly staff and very helpful, very clean room and excellent breakfast. I was on a working trip and found the internet speed good.

A fantastic hotel in a great location.

Pros: The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and we really liked our room, with the complementary water, juices and Nata tart and Danish pastry on the first day. We loved the room, and it had a kettle, coffee machine, a great hair dryer and sound hub speaker. Lovely, contemporary decor, quiet and clean. It was a superb location as everything we wanted to see/visit was within walking distance. There were also hotel umbrellas that you could borrow from reception, if it was a rainy day, which was a nice and useful option. It is also close to a metro station, and many eateries.

Cons: It would have been nice to have complimentary slippers on offer.

Pros: Staff were very helpful, situation was ideal for exploring and restaurants within easy reach.
