Pros: A truly lovely hotel in an amazing location. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms spotless, and the bathroom was beautiful. The breakfast spread is also great value. Most importantly, the people at this hotel are exceptional hosts. We had the pleasure of being looked after by Camille, who was wonderful, and I also had an amazing massage from Ana. Overall, I would highly recommend this stay and would definitely visit again. Thank you to the whole team for taking such great care of us.

Cutest hotel room

Pros: The staff was amazing, always available. They are the ones who made our stay unforgettable.

Cons: The only “negative” point is that for me the pool water was not hot enough

Have no doubt, this is the perfect place to stay.

Pros: This is the first time I give 10/10 to a hotel. The staff is so helpful and nice, the breakfast buffet is delicious, everything is new and automated, super clean and environmental. The gym, the decoration, the location, you name it, everything is simply wonderful. Special thanks to each and every single one of you for being soo amazing and making us feel like home. This hotel has invested to much in employees and hospitality for sure and I have so much respect!

Cons: Everything was really great. Even the pool which I did not swim in, looked so calm and relaxing.

A very special 10th wedding anniversary. The people were fantastic who work there.

Pros: Amazing interior design and although eclectic in certain rooms, the suites where we stayed are amazing for a few days.

Cons: Nothing as we stayed in a suite. Not a fan of soap shampoo though!

Perfect location to celebrate daughter’s 21st.

Pros: Lovely hotel, friendly staff, very clean, good facilities. Rooftop bar was very nice.

Cons: Indoor downstairs bar was not open - a pity as it was quite cold on the rooftop No kettle but one was provided very quickly when I asked.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent and the spa area surpassed my expectations. All the staff were really lovely and helpful. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons: The only thing I didnt like was the position of the shower in the room.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff.

Pros: Good breakfast choice from a buffet bar and a menu for cooked options. Lovely clean spa and very helpful and friendly staff. Good location for local restaurants and bars and a 6/7 minute walk to the closest metro station.
