Beautiful hotel, prime location

Pros: Large room, large bed, excellent location, brilliant staff and great breakfast. We were allowed to check in early also which was a lovely surprise

Cons: Everyone has mentioned this, but there are a lot of stairs, so do take this into account

Perfect Porto Pad

Pros: FLH in the name stands for Feels Like Home and they certainly deliver on that. The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. The little touches really stand out, a personalised message and chocolates upon arrival was a lovely touch. The breakfast in your room made for a really nice start to the day - breakfast itself offers a great range of choice, everything was of a very high quality and fresh. Cakes and biscuits in the afternoon were all home made and delicious. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and decorated tastefully with high quality furniture and plenty of storage. Bathrooms are great, lots of hot water and nice toiletries. Location is exceptional allowing you to strike out on foot anywhere within about 15 minutes.

Cons: Nothing, although those with lots of luggage or mobility issues may struggle with the stairs

A wonderful stay

Pros: The staff were very lovely even accommodating our early starts for breakfast! It was also my partners birthday and they left cake, a note and a bottle of wine which was so generous. The view from our room was also incredible. I would love to come back!
