Exceptional.

Pros: Fantastic experience. Staff were so warm and helpful throughout the stay. New Years Dinner was very well organised and made for a great close to the year. The Spa had everything you could ask for and the breakfast buffet was so well catered. Not one fault the entire stay.

Pros: Very comfortable and quiet bedroom, superb room service and spa amenities. Breakfast had multiple options to choose from, and the staff was very friendly.

Cons: Nothing to report here, everything was perfect.

Pros: Was a great time for me a my girlfriend who is pregnant, hotel staff took really good care of her and our stayed there was very pleasant, locations is perfect, a few min from the center and perfect quiet street with a wonderful view Thank you so much Altis hotel team

Pros: This was a return visit and we were rewarded with a room upgrade. Reception staff greeted us by name before identified ourselves.The staff in this hotel are exceptional.

Pros: Modern hotel with excellent facilities including indoor pool and spa. Fabulous service from all staff we met. Dinner in the restaurant was a highlight especially the green rice, onion tart and sirloin steak. River view rooms are worth the extra outlay.

We had dinner one night, the restaurant food was fabulous, staff was so friendly and helpful .

Pros: The location was perfect, and the hotel was very comfortable

Cons: Modern facilities couldn’t quite get the hang of the lighting in the room which seemed to be a little dark

Absolutely lovely!!

Pros: How friendly all the staff were, the breakfast and the fact they have an indoor and outdoor pool. The views from the roof top were just amazing!

Perfect!

Pros: Excellent location, in the middle of the city and still very quiet. Eduardo from the front desk is the most helpful person and made our stay special. And Rachel on the bar makes the best negronis in town.
