Very nice and good hotel on a good location!
Pros: Location was very good, especially for diner time. All restaurants are within 200m walking.
Cons: The way you need to check in, directly asking for payment while I’ve added my credit card to the booking.com + the signatures needed to just book a hotel room.

Perfect hotel to stay in Porto
Pros: It's a very good hotel. Perfect location, easy to reach from the airport and it is right into the city centre. Extremely easy to just walk around all the main tourist attractions. The room was clean, spacious and with natural light. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has all the options, from sweet to savoury to fruit and cereals.. just everything. If I come back to Porto I'll definitely stay here again.

Pros: The location was excellent, easy walking distance to everything. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice, with a nice terrace area with good view. Room was very nice with doors opening onto slim balcony, plenty of sockets. We found the bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Lots of building works going on around the hotel, but nothing that particularly affected our stay.

Great hotel for exploring Porto
Pros: Top-notch location to so many attractions, train and metro stations, and city bus stops. Numerous eateries, cafes and convenience shops within walking distance. Pretty interiors and extremely warm and friendly service every day. I was there for a week, and felt it was like home.
Cons: The air-conditioner only offered heating function, which made the room too dry and stuffy for me. I had to leave the balcony door open while I slept, but had to also worry about neighbours coming into my room through the shared balcony. Thank goodness, no intruders! :)

My 3 day comfortable stay
Pros: Great location and lovely staff. Beds were super comfortable and amazing bathroom. Also the buffet breakfast was delicious and had great variety so definitely value for money. I would be more happy to stay again.

Would love to stay at another One Shot Hotels again
Pros: The beds were comfortable, the blankets were warm, and the toilet was good too. No complaints about the room at all, more than enough space for us (two colleagues). Also, the breakfast was fantastic, we enjoyed it very much. For those who get easily bored, it can get repetitive after awhile (we stayed for 6D5N and were still okay to have it!). The hotel's central location puts you in perfect reach of the market and there are eateries all around, but those who are here for work and need to head to the conference centre, note the walk up is all uphill. Hotel also provides umbrellas, necessary for visitors in November. All the staff I interacted with were incredibly helpful and cheerful – special mentions to Joao, Will, and April – thank you all so much for your hospitality and help with everything. My stay was great, and I hope to stay at another One Shot property in the future.
Cons: For Macbook users, please note that it may be challenging to connect to the Wi-Fi, do ask the staff for help and they will try to find a workaround. Note that because of the hotel's central location, it can get noisy at night with people talking loudly on the street.

Light-filled, spacious and tasteful hotel room in central Porto.
Pros: Beautiful, tasteful, light-filled room. Relatively spacious. Comfortable. Clean. Had everything I needed. Amazing, central location. Friendly, helpful staff. Couldn't ask for more.

Comfortable hotel in an excellent location
Pros: Hotel is ideally situated for walking around Porto city centre and very close to Sao Bento metro station. Very friendly staff and the hotel provides the little extras that make life easier if you have forgotten something (toothbrush kit, shoe shine, hairdryer, kettle, etc). The room safe was large enough to fit a laptop. A nice touch was the personalised welcome card in the room and the folded city map that is included in your room card wallet. Would definitely stay here again.
